In our glass bending furnaces belonging to SİMGLASS®, in line with the demands and the sensitivities desired by our customers, we provide the bending (curve) of glass in dimensional accuracy in accordance with the quality standards.

Depending on architectural needs and customer demands, our glass bending furnaces are capable of producing tempered or annealed (crystal).

SİMGLASS® can bend glass by using heat, as well as bend various composite panels by using cold bending techniques through autoclave.

 It is safety and security glass. It is a type of glass that provides durability and high performance while preserving the aesthetic appearance of the glass. SİMGLASS® Laminated glass production made of polyvinyl butyral (PVB), which are elastic and tear-resistant sheets, special lamination layers that provide high security, Saflex® DG - AG - UV - Solar PVB, Vanceva® Colors PVB that colors the environments and by using interlayer composites such as ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), Thermoformable Polyurethane (TPU) which provide functional decorative solutions, glass or materials preferred by the customer according to their intended use, are perfectly bonded to each other in two or more layers.

Laminated safety glass reduces the risk of injury to users due to breakage for any reason. It increases the loading capacity of laminated panels and also makes insulation.

SİMGLASS® prepares glass and interlayers free from air residues during the lamination process with the help of vacuum technique in conditioned clean room conditions, and produces by converting single and / or multiple laminates into a single panel by means of autoclave.

SİMGLASS® can laminate bent glass panels using heat, as well as bend various composite panels by autoclave during the lamination procedure using cold bending technique.

SİMGLASS® produces bullet resistant glass by laminating various composites such as glass and polycarbonate, Thermoformable Polyurethane (TPU), in order to obtain transparent armors made of glass for the Defense Industry solutions by transforming them into robust panels with increased strength.

It is also used in the production of Sentry Glass sheets to perfect the strength and load-bearing capacity of glass structures. It is possible to build high security bridges, stairs, roofs, floors with laminated glass panels using SG sheets.

Glass panels produced with Saflex® DG - AG high performance PVB or combined with Polycarbonate panels, are also preferred in the maritime sector, considering their resistance to pressure.

SİMGLASS® can produce laminated glass that can meet architectural design options such as Glass obtained by laminating with metal sheets, projection panels, opaque panels, ceramics, etc. SİMGLASS®, which can use many materials in laminated production with its production experience, can meet your functional decorative solutions.

It can integrate UV films into laminated glasses permanently by the lamination process. It is possible to produce noise control glasses with acoustic products.

Tempered glass, known as reinforced glass and toughened glass, compared to normal glass is more resistant to breakage. Normal glasses may break into sharp particles after breaking and, cause injuries.

Tempered glasses, on the other hand, break into small and blunt pieces when they are broken. Therefore, the risk of injury is minimized.

Tempered glasses are approximately 5 times more durable than normal glasses of equal thickness. The heat resistance of these glasses, is also higher than the normal ones.

Our company produces two types of tempered glass as flat and curved with a glass tempering line.
